Returns and Exchanges
We can offer exchanges for change of mind, however the exchange must be processed within 14 days of receiving the product, and must be in new condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Our goods do come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund of a major fault or failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. If improper use of the product has resulted in a major fault or failure, you may not be entitled to a refund.
