Our Socks

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. For any additional questions, please contact us

Product Specifications

We take all precautionary measures to ensure that our products meet our measurement specifications. However with some factory dyes you may experience initial resistance which should subside with a small wear-in period. How often should i change my socks?

Your socks are fantastic and are built to last! However, when wearing one pair daily it will naturally wear over time. To have the most benefit from your socks, we recommend buying multiple pairs and cycling through the across the week. If not, we recommend changing a sock you wear daily every 3 months.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Depending on the speed at which you alert us of your error, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Eff! My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

What's the return policy

We can offer exchanges for change of mind, but not refunds. Our goods do come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault or failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
